Sool Specialist & Founder of The Sool Company
I am the first international specialist in traditional Korean alcohol with over 13 years of industry experience. After studying Korean alcohol fermentation under Master Brewers, I continue to work closely with craft sool breweries & distilleries, dedicating my life to the education and promotion of Korea's incredible alcohol industry.

I founded The Sool Company in 2016, as the leading resource for English-language brewing, tasting and tourism experiences in Korea. Since then, I have personally mentored the first generation of international makgeolli breweries through online and in-person consulting services. I am passionate about supporting all commercial brewery projects globally, imparting my extensive knowledge and experience to help clients to achieve success.
