Brewing Education

Whether you have some brewing experience or simply have an idea you want to see materialize, I offer comprehensive brewing training. Brewing for a business is vastly different from a hobby, so no matter the project we spend significant time building the skills to produce high-quality sool.

Korean alcohol brewing has different needs than other alcohols for commercial brewing. There are many choices when it comes to equipment depending on budget and brewery size, which we are able to assist with sourcing from suppliers in Korea.

With our extensive industry network, experience, and logistics, we are able to maximize your visit to get the most value for your project.

Product Benchmarking

There a hundreds of high-quality sools produced locally, from creative infusions, traditional rice techniques and well crafted distilled sojus. We work with you to curate a tasting of products for inspiration or benchmarking to see what is possible in the world of Korean alcohol.

Private Tours

Sool and how it is enjoyed is an essential consideration in the context of commercial brewing. We tailor sool dining experiences with this perspective in mind, giving a snapshot of how sool can translate into the F&B industry. We also arrange visits to sool breweries using our network of trusted partners.

Technique Training

For clients that want extra training beyond the online experience, we arrange in-person technique practice at our brewery in Seoul. These sessions are opportunities to practice techniques under expert supervision, ensuring strong skill execution.
